Summer Reading

Just because school's out, doesn't mean we shouldn't read.  In fact, I find that summer is the time I really focus on reading things I WANT to read.  So, what are you reading?  I just finished reading an excellent book called All the Light We Cannot See.  Check out the book trailer here and let me know what you think. Welcome to The Packer Paperback

Welcome to The Packer Paperback, a blog for the students and teachers in South Saint Paul, home of the Packers.  As our district media specialist, I'm excited to share my love of books and reading with you.  In the 2014-2015 school year, I will move from my classroom of the past 13 years teaching 7th and 8th grade language arts, into the library at all 3 of the buildings in our district.  This blog will serve as a way to communicate about the reading opportunities and adventures that are happening throughout our district.  I can't wait to meet all of you and read with you.
